Deep Breath
Now, let it out... Nice and slow. That felt good, didn't it...? I've been going through some things lately that haven't made me feel so good... I thought I could try to do something about it all; try to get thoughts that are a bit more positive than what's in my head. What I do when I'm not feeling too well is try to think of things that I normally think about when I am feeling well. Like, earlier this morning, I was thinking of something quite fascinating. Let's take a deep breath and try to imagine. Imagine the nicest, warmest, cleanest beach you've ever been to or seen. It's okay if you've only seen it in pictures, or if you had to go google images of beaches. It still counts. Imagine standing on the soft white sand, feeling it through your toes. You feel it sink underneath you as you step over it to walk closer to the water. Oh, the roar of those crashing waves... There's nothing quite like it. The water splashes playfully and runs towards you trying to be all quiet and sneaky.
